Blushyara reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Opened cosmetics or makeup
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Haircare products that have been opened
  • Products with broken or removed safety seals
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products or downloadable content (if applicable)
  • Clearance, final sale, or marked “Non-Returnable” items

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of:
    • The product
    • The shipping package
    • The shipping label
    • Any visible damage

After reviewing your claim, Blushyara may, at its discretion:

  • Send a replacement product
  • Issue a full refund

  • Provide store credit

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team with your order details.
  2. Wait for return authorization before shipping the item.
  3. Securely package the product in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team.

Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit where permitted by law.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for products that are:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective
  • Incorrectly shipped

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.

7. Order Cancellation

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Blushyara will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return shipping label when available.
  • For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated during a promotion or required by law.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as posting times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for additional processing information.

If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Support team.

10. Refused Returns

Blushyara reserves the right to reject returns if:

  • The product has been opened or used.
  • The return is requested after the 30-day return period.
  • The item is not returned in its original condition.
  • The product has been damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Required proof of purchase cannot be provided.
  • The product is listed as non-returnable.

If a return is rejected, the item may be shipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

11. Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact Blushyara first so we can resolve the matter promptly.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of future purchasing privileges and additional investigation.
